What to Pack in a Travel First Aid Kit

THERE ARE A FEW THINGS YOU DON'T WANT TO FORGET WHEN PREPARING FOR A TRIP. BEYOND THE OBVIOUS ITEMS LIKE YOUR PHONE, WALLET, AND PASSPORT, YOU SHOULD ALWAYS CARRY A SMALL BUT WELL-STOCKED FIRST AID KIT.

Travel first aid kits may not always at the top of your packing list. Even if you are going on a planned trip, it is still necessary for you to have one as you should always be responsible for having a first aid kit that allows you to look after yourself.

  • Hand sanitizer

  • Insect Bite Cream, such as Hydrocortisone cream

  • Painkillers, such as Tylenol or Advil

  • Band-aids

  • Antihistamines for allergic reactions

  • Tweezers

  • Small scissors

  • A small roll of medical tape

  • Alcohol-free wipes

  • Gauze Pads (you can buy individually wrapped squares).

  • A copy of a recent EKG, if you have heart problems

  • A list of your prescriptions, in case you lose them

Although it seems that there is a lot of stuff mentioned here, it can all fit into our Meds and First Aid Storage Collections.

ADD A NAME TO IT SO EVERYONE KNOWS WHO'S IT IS!
