When can I expect my order? 

All orders are processed, verified, and shipped in the order they are received. We strive to have your order packed and ready within three working days before it is shipped. Your order will then be handed over to the third-party carrier you selected and arrive based on the shipping speed you select at checkout.

Once your order has been carefully packed, you will receive a follow-up email with tracking information. You can choose both the carrier and the delivery speed that best suits your needs.

Where does Bag-all ship to/from? 

All orders from Bag-all.com are packed and shipped from our warehouse in California. We have an amazing team who pack & ship as quickly as possible! We ship to everywhere in the US, as well as internationally. If you are located outside USA, please check if our EU store is closer to you. Ordering from a local Bag-all ensures quicker deliveries and can help avoid custom fees. Bag-all ships from New York and Paris.

What is the return policy?

You have 30 day from the date of delivery to request an exchange or initiate a return for store credit. *All personalized items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Returns:

Bag-all offers a store credit on all returns made within 30 days from date of delivery or in store purchase. Please email info@bag-all.com or +1 917 900 7799 with you order number to initiate a return for store credit.

Exchanges:

Please inquire with our customer service email info@bag-all.com or +1 917 515 0221 regarding exchanges.

A quick heads up: to make a successful exchange, we need the item(s) you are returning in new, unused condition. Also make sure to include your order number, your name and adress, and a note stating which items you wish to replace with.

How can I make a return?

If you wish to make a return for store credit or an exchange, please email info@bag-all.com or +1 917 900 7799 with your name, order number and inquiry.

Can I change my order?

Since we normally ship your order within 24 hours please e-mail us at info@bag-all.com or +1 917 900 7799 as quickly as possible if you want to change your order. We will always do our best to make sure you’ll get what you need. If your order has already been processed we are sorry but we can not change your order by that time.

If you want to exchange products when you receive them you can do so, but you will have to pay for shipping both ways.
