UNPLUG

Put down your laptop, set your phone to “do not disturb”and have some me time.

The best start to your self-care nighttime routine is to put your main focus on yourself. All other factors have to be put aside for the rest of the night. You are the main priority! Slip your laptop into our favorite computer case, grab some tea, and cuddle up with your favorite book. Our favorite way to unplug is dimming our lights, lighting some scented candles, and practicing meditation. Get comfortable! Begin to sit still for a few minutes and focus on your breathing. We meditate to lower our stress, connect better, and improve focus. If you prefer sounds, play some light music in the background.
