It’s no secret that our phones are both addictive and captivating in many ways. Start the year off by going through your apps, images and files. Do you need them all? Or are the random apps with red notice numbers next to them more distracting than anything else?
Start the year off by replacing apps you don’t use with new inspiring ones. Also, are all your images, contacts and text chains necessary? Or do some of them cause you to feel more anxiety than joy? Don’t forget that you’re in charge of your phone, and that you can do whatever you want!
Personally, we will download feel-good apps like Headspace for meditation and Sleep Score to track the quality of our sleep. Text chains from people with nothing kind to say are removed and old contacts get deleted in order to make room for new relationships in 2020.
