I am so glad to introduce a new family member in the Bag-all family: Cowboy boot bag!
The “new thing” about this shoe bag is that it has a handle. You can therefor hang it on a hook in your closet. It is also bigger than the regular shoe bags as it needs to fit boots!
This new print is the first of 6 new prints coming in the next few weeks!
As you might know, I started Bag-all because I felt that the idea of reusing is so incredibly important to the future of this planet. I had been thinking about this for years and really, really wanted to stop just thinking about it and actually start doing something. Hence, Bag-all, and the reusable fabric gift bags.
But in my business it is not only the bags that are supposed to be reused, I try to reuse everything. Therefor, sometimes my customers will get recycled plastic bags as their wrapping. I put a sticker (below) on the packaging so people don’t think I am just totally crazy. Although truthfully I am very obsessed with recycling.
Also, I look for boxes on the streets of New York. Every day of the week there is cardboard-pick-up-day on different streets. The other day when I was going to the Post Office I passed the back of the Gap Store on Broadway and 68th Street. Right there on the street where probably 100 discarded but clean and totally usable boxes! So I called my Knight in shining armour, hubby Micke, who came and took 50-60 boxes. What a treasure! They are for free AND won’t become garbage, until perhaps the people I send them to discard them.
I believe that every little step each person does can make a big difference!
Have a great day people!
