Things to do on a cloudy Sunday

Things to do on a cloudy Sunday

Last week Cappi had a fever for four days. After staying inside with her for those days I was honestly quite bored. So, what to do on a cloudy Sunday afternoon when you can’t really leave the house for the day? Why a photo shoot of course.

First thing we needed to do was to get some props. Nothing is more photogenic than balloons. Especially these balloons that I happened to find in a box on the floor in the toy store.IMG_2988

In my world everything is a photo opportunity (which my children sometimes finds a bit annoying), even walking home with the balloons.

Margaux getting tired of me taking pictures of her walking through our door with the balloons haha. I just can’t help myself when I see a potential beautiful shot.

Then we made our way to the roof top to do our shoot!

All happy again!

Margaux had a creative idea: put on a mask and climb this pole. I love it!IMG_2991

Then Celeste woke up, yes she sleeps until noon on weekends, and joined us. She jumped probably one hundred times. This is the secret to getting good shots – taking many, many!

Talking about inspiration, I am so happy to inspire people to make their own giftbags to help save the environment from unnecessary garbage. These swedish girls got inspired to make bags (they where nice enough to e-mail me to make sure I was ok with it before) with scrap fabric from their fabric store Tusenskönatyger. They put it on their blog: http://tusenskonatyger.blogspot.se

See how nice they came out!!

Have a great and inspired weekend!!
