I have to admit I love Instagram. (If you would like to follow me my Instagram name is @bag_all) The reason is that it is short and sweet. No long texts, the images gives you a peek into the life of family and friends and strangers who perhaps inspire you. You can follow and be followed at a distance and it makes us all feel closer.

Instagram + sayings = perfect combo
There is an explore page on Insta where I guess some gigantic computer at Facebook (who owns Insta) finds images that might interest you based on who you follow, what pictures you have liked etc. Sometimes this computer gets it really wrong, for instance it shows me tons of pictures of knitting. See I am not particularly interested in knitting, my sister is a big time knitter and since I follow her and like every single one of her images, the computer assumes I must love knitting haha.
Anyway, the other day it showed me an image from Paolo Robertos Insta. Paolo is a Swedish ex-boxer, a fitness guru, yogo guy, turned chef. I couldn’t really care less about boxing and food, to be honest. But I truly love sayings and he had some awesome ones on his insta: 1paolo2
I know a lot of people, women in particular, who have a tendency to worry about things, keeping them awake at night. I used to be like that myself, but over the years I worry less and less as my life pretty much has showed me that things always work out and challenges are here as teachersnot as punishment. The faster you can learn from your challenges the faster they will go away.

I often get the question how I manage to do all the things I do and the answer to that question is simple: I PRIORITISE! Stop playing on your phone, go to bed on time and drink modestly. Today I can get up early, before my kids are awake and work out. That way I will be a happy and energetic dad during the day.
To me Insta is so genius. I get to see Paolos and other peoples point of view. I also know where my friends are and what is going on in their lives. And I get to share parts of my life and what is important to me.
