Since i started Bag-all I have received so much love from people supporting my business idea! Total strangers and old friends are incredibly generous in letting me know how they feel. I honestly had not expected this at all and I am so grateful for the love bombing I get from time to time.
I am almost embarrassed to share these posts as they are sooo kind. But I want to show you all because I am so grateful for them!
My old friend Kristin Kaspersen, who is a famous Swedish TV-host and book author amongst many other things wrote this nice post about Bag-all and me on Instagram the other day. Follow her on Instagram by the way: @kaspersen
Translated it to english:
This woman inspires me so much. Her name is Jennifer Jansch.
She has a company called Bag-all that makes Travel Bags and Gift bags.
A few years ago she decided to move to New York with her family.
She had to figure out a business to be able to stay in New York to experience her dream.
She wanted it to be an environmentally friendly product, this was the basis. When the idea had become a reality and the bags began to be produced and sold online, the family helped to pack the orders in their apartment in New York.
Now she has her own shop and showroom in Soho at 219 Mott Street. On the net you will find her bags on bag-all.com
Wonderful with people who have the drive. I love her bags and admire her and her family because they live their dream. Thank you Jansch family, you inspire me. Wish you all the best! #travelbags # entrepreneur # business # Living Your Dream #newyork
And the day after she posted this image showing what her suitcase looked like when she had packed to leave New York:
And the other day I got an e-mail from a customer whom I’ve never met. Her name is Yasmin. she is Swedish but living in London.
Hi Jennifer ,
I wanted to take the time to send an email to you.
I have followed your blog the past few years, from Modernmom your own page Bag -all, and I am so happy every time I read what you wrote. You seem to be such a lovely and good person who spread positive energy around you.
To follow your everyday life and read about your adventures is not just my little happy pills but it gives me the strength to realize that I can start my own business and keep moving forward and see what I have accomplished so far.
I moved from Stockholm to London (not as far away as New York) for nearly five years ago and is now happily at home here with houses and partners. After a few years of work, I am now ready for new adventures and seeing another person who dared to take the step to follow their dreams even when it sometimes is tough has given me so much inspiration and motivation to follow mine.
My partner has seen me reading your blog for all these years so he decided to surprise me with eight new bags for Christmas, which made my day.
You have managed to create something amazing with Bag-all and I look forward to following you on your adventures and see how it grows.
One of my favorite quotes moment
” Whenever you find yourself doubting how far you can go, just remember how far you ‘ll have come . Remember Everything you ‘ll have faced . All the battles you ‘ll have won and all the fears You Have Overcome . “
I wish you all the luck in the future!
Isn’t that sooo sweet?!
On top of e-mailing and commenting on this blog a lot of people post images of their bags on Instagram, which is so much fun as I get to follow my “babies” around the world. Below a few of them. If you want to share your bags on Insta you can use the hashtag #bagall or #bag_all that way I will see them!
Hoping to see your bags soon!!
A few weeks ago we welcomed famous Chinese actress, Bea Hayden and Modern Fashion Lifestyle Channel to the Bag-all store on Mott Street.
Bea was documenting one of her days in New York and ended up finding some favorite bags, which she aslo monogrammed with her name.
They filmed their visit and if you speak Chinese, you can watch the full video here.
Thank you for visiting Bea, you are welcome back any time!
Finally! Its time to start packing away your gloves and beanies and start unpacking your caps and t-shirts.
Protect your leather gloves from dust, scratches and excess moisture by storing them in our new Gloves organizing bag.
To all our Japanese followers, here is an interview with founder and owner Jennifer that was made by Ships Magazine during her trip to Japan. Ships sells a selected range of Bag-alls items in stores around the country.
