Another Package!

Believe it or not, a delivery came today when Micke was actually home. Like I've mentioned in the past, something always happens when he is not here. Fedex must somehow know when Micke leaves New York because he hardly makes it past the door before Fedex comes with 17 heavy packages. We live in a townhouse (not the whole building) with a steep "stoop". After the first set of stairs, there is another two floors of steep, narrow stairs that lead to our apartment.

Here we all are on the stoop last summer (shot by Jenny Brandt).

Not exactly what it looked like when the package came. More like this:

Lotssss of snow!!

This snowstorm that arrived yesterday has recieved this name: Storm Janus! Imagine if every snowstorm in sweden received a name. To name a storm a unique name must be impossible by now...
Anyhow, inside the package was the girls' new triple bunk bed in solid pine - so it's extremely heavy.

Micke and I (mostly Micke) put together the bed. Tadaaaa!
I think it's very nice. Soon to be painted yellow! All Cappi and Margaux's stuffed animals live on the bottom bunk. Cappi lives on the middle (soon going to sew curtains for her) and Margaux is on the top!
